• All participants (both subsidized and non-subsidized) must purchase their own tickets.
• Subsidized participants will be reimbursed by the GCF.
Subsidized participants must send tentative tickets with price to Hubert van Beek for approval before purchasing the tickets.


• The GCF will reimburse subsidized participants the appropriate amount for the ticket.
• Further details on reimbursement arrangements will be sent closer to the time of the gathering.

• Nonsubsidized (self-paying) participants:
• Please make a direct payment to the hotel at the end of your stay.
• Alternative arrangement: If your church or organization prefers to pay for your hotel bill directly to the GCF, your church or organization office can request an invoice for your hotel bill. The GCF staff will send a final invoice to your church or organization office after the gathering. Your church or organization office should write to Ms. Joy Lee as early as possible to request this payment option.
• Participants receiving full subsidy from the GCF for accommodation:
• No payments necessary. The hotel will bill the GCF.
• Participants receiving partial subsidy for accommodation:
• The GCF will send an invoice to you and to your church or organization after the gathering.
• Subsidized participants who extend their stay beyond Global Gathering dates (Oct. 3 - 7):
• Participants must cover the room charge for any extra nights after the night of Oct. 7.
• Participants are responsible for their meal arrangements and expenses after Oct. 7.
• Average accommodation cost per day (varies slightly by Hotel): 70-75 USD per person.

• All participants are expected to pay the 100 USD Registration Fee.
• Please pay your registration fee in cash (USD) at Registrations when you arrive for the gathering. Both hotels reserved for the gathering have currency exchange services.
• Advance payment is available for North American participants through the US GCF Foundation:

Participants are very welcome to bring a spouse to participate in the gathering.
In principle, participants are expected to pay for spouses’ travel expenses, registration fee, and accommodation costs (meals and lodging).
If the financial situation changes over the upcoming months, the GCF would like to offer free room and board to spouses. However, we can only determine this at the time of the gathering. Until further notice about this, participants should be prepared to cover spouses' expenses.

The GCF staff are primarily dealing with registrations throughout the month of June. However, please begin to research ticket prices and correspond with GCF staff about the prices. We will do our best to provide further details on subsidies as soon as possible.

Due to a large demand for travel subsidies, the Global Gathering budget may not be able to grant full subsidy to all participants who have requested it. Participants who have requested full subsidies are encouraged to be open to the possibility of partial subsidies.
