Hotel Information

The Global Christian Forum and the National Committee in Indonesia have reserved rooms in two hotels for participants. All confirmed participants are guaranteed hotel rooms. Wireless internet connection (free), business centers, currency exchange services, and airport shuttle services are available in both hotels. Both hotels are fully air conditioned. Both hotels accept all major credit cards.
Daily cost per person: 70-75 USD (This varies slightly by hotel and includes room, meals, etc)
Novotel Hotel and Convention Center: www.novotel.com (from homepage, search for "Manado")
The main venue of the Second Global Gathering is the Novotel Hotel and Convention Center. Most participants will be accommodated here in single-person rooms. All the meetings and main meals (lunches and dinners) will take place here. The entire hotel is reserved for the Second Global Gathering.
Hotel Arya Duta: www.aryaduta.com (from the homepage, go to "Locations" and select "Manado")
Specific groups of participants will be accommodated here. All participants in Hotel Arya Duta will be provided regular transportation between the two hotels.
Hotel Assignments: In September, the GCF staff will inform all participants in which hotel they will be accommodated.
Extended Stay:
- By default, we will reserve your room for 5 nights (Oct. 3 – Oct. 7).
- You may extend your stay in the same hotel room if you would like to stay longer or arrive earlier.
- Please inform Ms. Joy Lee as soon as possible if you want a longer room reservation. The GCF staff must communicate this to the hotels via the National Committee. In order to extend your reservation, we must receive your itinerary as soon as possible (especially your arrival and departure dates).
- Extra (additional) nights will be at the expense of the participant. The discounted room rate of 50-55 USD/night will remain the same for additional nights.
Spouses/extra persons:
- Please inform Ms. Joy Lee as soon as possible if you will bring a spouse or extra person with you.
- The daily accommodation cost will apply to spouses or extra persons.
- Participants are responsible for spouses’/extra persons’ expenses.
